Privacy Policy

Aevum Core ("the App") is a local-first, on-device contextual intelligence system developed by Boaz Thomas ("the Developer"). This Privacy Policy details the strict local boundary of your data.

1. Data Collection & Processing (Zero-Cloud Core)

All core reasoning, semantic extraction, and behavioral heuristic mapping occurs exclusively on your device utilizing native Apple security architectures. The App does NOT transmit your conversational inputs to external third-party cloud servers without your explicit real-time consent.

2. Geographic & Contextual Awareness

To establish localized intelligence mapping, the App relies on local Apple CoreLocation APIs. The generated spatial coordinates never leave the encrypted Local Application Sandbox and are strictly utilized for internal memory weighting.

3. Cloud Batching Consent

If the internal intelligence governor determines a request exceeds local execution bounds, the system freezes. The App will physically present an explicit, opt-in consent dialog prior to rerouting any encrypted payload to an async computing server.

4. Your GDPR / User Rights

• Right to Erasure: Because 100% of your generated behavioral tree natively resides on-device, you possess the immediate and absolute Right to Erasure simply by invoking the internal "Wipe Cache" command, or by deleting the App entirely.
• Data Portability: Aevum empowers you to export your data into Transferable Knowledge Tokens cryptographically signed locally.

5. Third-Party Analytics

The Developer explicitly disables hidden telemetry. Only aggregated, anonymized crash diagnostics provided strictly via the Apple opt-in App Store mechanism are ever viewed by the Developer.
