By downloading or using Aevum (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Product

Aevum is an experimental, assistive intelligence product designed for capture, reflection, and local-first reasoning. Outputs may be imperfect, probabilistic, or inaccurate.

Important: The App does not provide medical, financial, legal, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not rely on its outputs alone for high-stakes decisions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create, ingest, or distribute illegal, abusive, or harmful material. Use of the App in violation of applicable law or platform rules is prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for losses arising from use of the App, reliance on generated outputs, or loss of local data that has not been backed up by the user.

4. Availability and Warranty

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties regarding uptime, output accuracy, or future interoperability.
