By downloading or using Aevum Core ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Aevum Core is an experimental, assistive cognitive reflection engine utilizing local Generative Artificial Intelligence hardware models. It inherently functions via probabilistic mathematical matrices and is prone to hallucination or semantic inaccuracies.
You agree not to utilize the App to generate, ingest, or export illegal, explicit, harmful, or abusive material. A local, sandboxed Moderation Governor exists strictly to intercept explicitly harmful semantic prompts in adherence with international AI laws (e.g., EU AI Act, Apple App Store 1.2). The generation of Toxic Knowledge Tokens is strictly prohibited and violates this agreement.
To the absolute maximum extent permitted by governing law, Boaz Thomas ("The Developer") shall not be held personally, commercially, or legally liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, the decisions you make based on its outputs, or the loss of local unbacked-up sandbox data.
The App is provided explicitly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind regarding deterministic factual accuracy, uptime, or cross-device interoperability.
